Since it was hit by the poor harvest and the starvation epidemic spread as Emperor Kinmei in the late period of ancient burial mounds (540-571years),for the Emperor to have dispatched the Imperial messenger and to have performed the festival of "God of a duck" is made into the origin. The spectacle which makes a sequence from the figure which kept faithful the Bunbutu customs of Heian, such as dressing, many furnitures, etc. of a dress, is just very graceful.Among the aristocrats of a common Heian middle, it was so famous that the thing of the Aoi Festival was pointed out when calling it the "festival."
