It is beginning to have been built as a pilgrim's lodging in a temple at the Heian period. The beauty of the wood of a bamboo has a high reputation and each of 'frame gardens' which liken the space divided with the pillar with a frame, and 'Turukame gardens' appreciated over a lattice is famous as noted gardens. A visit has entertainment of powdered green tea.
