The art museum of Insho Domoto(1891-1975) which is the great artist of the modern Japanese painting located on "the way of Kinukake" from the Kinkaku-ji Temple to Ryoan-ji Temple and Ninna-ji Temple. Although the painter left the work of the whole life many, the style follows changes splendid from a traditional Japanese painting to an abstract painting, and continued giving a stimulus intense for Japanese painting circles. The unique art museum which designed himself and was founded until it resulted in the internal ornament from the appearance of a building.
